Matthew Peacock, Managing Partner

Matt specialises in improving legal operations (front-line legal and business services) for forward-thinking in-house legal teams and law firms. He has designed legal strategies and implemented a range of legal delivery models, leveraging his deep experience in legal process redesign, resourcing, technology, risk management and project management (including LPM). Matt’s clients include BT, Nestlé and O2, as well as financial services clients such as TSB and OneSavings Bank. Prior to OMC, Matt completed an MBA with distinction, focusing upon professional services strategy and operations. Matt is a non-practising solicitor, having worked for nine years in a Top 15 law firm as a dispute resolution and regulatory solicitor. Matt is also OMC's General Counsel, and a certified Prince2 Practitioner.

David Ellis brings great breadth and depth of experience in legal and business consulting over the last 30 years. David, is also a former associate Partner at PwC. David's clients include Baker & McKenzie, DWF, Addleshaw Goddard, Rouse International, National Australia Group, Dundas & Wilson, Ashurst, Webb Henderson, Clarion, PLC, Lexis Nexis, Goodyear Dunlop, WL Gore, Centrica, Allied Domecq, and Johnson & Johnson. David holds a law degree, is a qualified accountant (FCMA), and has an MBA from ESC-EAP, Paris' leading Grande Ecole.

Richard Copley, Associate

Richard has over 30 years’ experience working in the legal and financial services sectors, including roles as Head of Business Change at both Addleshaw Goddard and DWF, and was Head of Transformation Delivery at Skipton Building Society. Most recently, Richard has been working on a number of technology and document automation projects for leading law firms and has worked with a global law firm on establishing a managed legal services capability for a multi-national client.

Richard has an MA from Cambridge University and holds an MBA from the Alberta School of Business.
Stephen Fleming, Associate

Stephen holds an honours degree in Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham. He has worked in various IT roles over the last 21 years in the legal, healthcare consultancy and insurance sectors. Stephen was the IT Director at a top 100 law firm for 10 years, where he helped the business achieve year-on-year growth. He has a wide range of IT experience, with particular emphasis on technology strategy planning and implementation, data analysis, business intelligence reporting and business process improvement.
Neil Dymond, Associate
​
Neil has worked for over 15 years in professional services with four of the top 100 UK law firms. He held senior marketing and business development positions advising lawyers on marketing and business development strategy, planning and tactics. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is an expert in making connections. Neil supports business development and account management, relying upon the experience he gained earlier in his career in marketing consultancy, graphic design, financial services, utilities and charities.
Ian White, Associate​
Ian is an experienced Chief Legal Officer/Company Secretary for both listed & major private companies and has worked across sectors including financial services, retail and construction. He acts as consultant specialising in in-house legal team management and performance and corporate governance. Ian has an MBA from Ashridge Business School and he has recently trained as a coach completing the Professional Coaching Skills Certificate. Ian is also a Visiting Lecturer at Ashridge Business School, a Course Leader for the Institute of Directors on their Role of the Board and the Director course, and is the author of Managing Business and Legal Risk In House Best Practice Guide 2013 for Winmark.
John Acey, Associate
John is an accomplished consultant with a track record of delivering operational excellence and class-leading business transformation projects, producing significant benefits and becoming a trusted adviser to clients. John’s experience covers project management, process design and improvement, including lean and systems thinking (being a lean six sigma black belt). John has worked with a number of law firms and banks to determine effective ways of working to meet customer purpose.

Ish Joshi, Associate
​
Ish brings significant business transformation experience from a big 4 consulting, start-up, digital and growth advisory background acquired over 20 years. His legal sector experience includes clients such as White & Case and Linklaters amongst a spectrum of cross industry global, regional, and national UK clients. Ish focuses on helping client organisations realise business benefits using change levers such as global shared services & outsourcing - strategy, design, and implementation; finance function design; multi-functional G&A improvement initiatives; digital business analytics. He has led client work internationally across EMEIA, APAC, Australia, and Americas. Ish holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

David Divney, Associate​
David Divney holds an honours degree in Software Engineering, and has 16 years’ experience working within the ICT industry. He has worked with many large organisations, including British Airways, Kodak Alaris, and IBC. His clients also include several local governments and the NHS. Whilst from a highly technical background, David now largely works to improve the value of ICT within organisations through strategy, transformation, and implementation of sound process and design.

Arthur Ferry, Associate​​

Arthur has 10 years’ experience as CFO/FD at some of the UK’s largest law firms, including Baker & McKenzie, DWF and Cameron McKenna. A Senior Finance Director with more than 30 years’ experience of doing business in Asia, Europe, the United States, South America and South Africa, Arthur focusses upon post-merger integration work, organisation design, metrics and providing management support to law firm leadership.
Gillian Watt, Associate​​
Gill has nine years of experience in the legal sector working in law firms, outsourcing and consultancy. A Prince2 accredited project manager with deep understanding of the changing legal services landscape. Gill is used to delivering projects in fluid and changing environments, working with Senior Management Teams, lawyers and other stakeholders. She has a background in research and information and publishing.
Richard Turner, Associate
Richard has over 10 years' experience practising as an Employment Lawyer. Trained within a Top 15 UK Law Firm, he has experience of advising both public and private sector clients ranging in size from SME to FTSE-listed public companies and numerous public sector bodies. Richard holds an MBA and Diploma in Management Consulting from the University of Leeds, with a focus on strategic and organisational change management, and was retained as a Visiting Lecturer in Business Law on both the Executive and Full-Time MBA course.

Isaac Juma, Associate
Isaac is a junior associate with OMC Partners with a background in law and project management. Isaac provides business and data analysis support to our GC and law firm clients. Isaac, based in Aberdeen, is completing an LLM in International Commercial law with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
