This regionally headquartered firm were looking to reduce bottom line costs and wanted OMC to help them in setting up an in house unit to perform a mixture of routine legal and administrative functions for the various practice areas.
OMC provided the client with a full implementation plan; initial processes & activities defined and mapped; a governance and operational model established; a technology platform; and an engagement model defined, including operational policies. This was all supported by a fully costed business case. With regards to personnel for the unit, OMC made sure that the client had a leader identified and in place for end prior to implementation along with an Initial team recruited (internally and externally) and established. A regulatory governance sign off was also established to satisfy the needs of the SRA and a change management plan and communications plan were produced.
