We are led by Matt Peacock, a recognised expert in legal operations with a strong track record of delivering efficient operations for market-leading legal teams. Before joining OMC, Matt spent nine years as a litigator at a leading global law firm, then completed an MBA with distinction, specialising in professional services strategy, finance, and operations.

Matt oversees OMC, supported by a team of seasoned professionals that include former legal practitioners, General Counsel, experienced Big-4 management consultants and legal business leaders. Our associates bring deep expertise across all key legal domain, including M&A, Disputes, Contract Management, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Regulatory and Employment, as well as technical specialisms spanning Finance, Legal IT & Innovation, Knowledge Management, HR, and Procurement.
