LEGAL DELIVERY ANALYSIS AT INTERNATIONAL PHARMA COMPANY
Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation with in-house lawyers providing services to several global market divisions. The GC and team wanted to improve service substantially to internal stakeholders whilst at the same time reduce overall legal costs.
OMC worked alongside the divisional teams to analyse around 20 key factors in legal delivery to identify opportunities to increase service – largely focused on responsiveness, communication and relevance – as well as to release internal team members to carry out higher value work releasing more procedural and process-based work for other resource groups including LPO’s, specialist services providers and niche law firms.
Maintained internal staffing levels whilst reducing overall legal spend substantially to respond to CEO’s requirements.
