OMC Partners is pleased to announce Matt Peacock’s appointment as Managing Partner as of 1st June. Matt succeeds David Ellis, who will become Chairman.


David’s 10-year leadership at OMC Partners has seen a period of significant growth, including:


  • The successful delivery of engagements to leading lawyers in the UK, Continental Europe, North America, Asia-Pac and Africa, notably:

    • 50+ in-house clients spanning the FS, Telco, Pharma, Retail, Energy and Public sectors

    • 25+ UK Top 50 law firm clients

    • 15+ leading international firms

    • delivering 10+ major “Northshoring” projects

  • The expansion of OMC Partners’ solutions to cover:

    • legal benchmarking – both cost and efficiency

    • operating model redesign

    • legal process improvement – 200+ matter types mapped and redesigned

    • spend and panel management services for in-house teams

    • the selection and implementation of enabling technologies
