About us

OMC Partners was set up by ex-Deutsche Bank director Ian Prince. As a user of outsourcing consultancy throughout his career, he has experienced the benefits and the pitfalls.

“I know that the large consultancy team approach adopted by traditional outsourcing consultancy firms is both unnecessarily expensive and counter productive,” he says.

“The internal resources and expertise of the organisation have to own the initiative.”

“They need guidance and assurance from a consultancy with experts who understand the process intimately, can inform them on potential benefits, costs, project structure, next steps, and risks, and who can provide experienced project staff to support their own internal team.”
